This Privacy Policy explains how AI Feet Generator ("we", "us", "our"), operating the website aifeetgenerator.io, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our service. We built the service to be used anonymously: there are no accounts and we do not ask for your name, email, or any profile information. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
AI Feet Generator is the data controller for the limited information processed through this website. For any privacy question or request, contact us at service@aifeetgenerator.io.
2. Information we collect
We deliberately minimize what we collect. We do not require registration and we do not collect names, email addresses, or payment information. To deliver the service and prevent abuse we process: (a) the text prompt and generation settings you submit; (b) a hashed (irreversible) device signature and a hashed IP address used only for rate-limiting and fraud prevention; (c) basic technical request data such as timestamp and coarse error/usage counters; and (d) the images the model generates for you, temporarily, so we can return them to your browser.
3. How we use information
We use this information only to: operate and deliver the generator; apply fair-use limits and protect the service against automated abuse, spam, and attacks; debug, maintain, and improve reliability and quality; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your information, we do not use it for behavioral advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.
4. Cookies
We use a single, anonymous functional cookie (and equivalent local storage) to apply fair-use limits and remember basic interface preferences such as your light/dark theme choice. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear these at any time in your browser; doing so may reset your usage limits and preferences.
5. Image storage and retention
Generated images are stored temporarily on Cloudflare R2 object storage and are automatically deleted after approximately 2 hours. We keep no personal gallery or history tied to you. Hashed abuse-prevention signals are retained only for the short period needed for rate-limiting and security, after which they are discarded or further aggregated.
6. Service providers
We rely on a small number of processors that act on our instructions: Cloudflare (content delivery, edge security, and R2 image storage) and our third-party AI image-generation provider, which receives your prompt and settings solely to produce the requested image. These providers are bound to process data only as needed to deliver their service and not for their own purposes.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data on servers located in different countries, including outside your country of residence. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses). Because we process only anonymous and hashed signals plus transient images, the privacy impact of such transfers is limited.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to object to certain processing. Because we operate without accounts and process only anonymous and hashed signals, we usually cannot identify a specific individual from our records, which can limit our ability to action a request. You may still contact us at service@aifeetgenerator.io and we will respond as required by law. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
9. Children's privacy
This service is strictly for adults (18 years or older). It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact us at service@aifeetgenerator.io and we will take appropriate action.
10. Data security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, hashing of abuse signals, short retention windows, and access controls — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
